Information on processing of personal data

  1. Controller
    The controllers of personal data are Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, with its seat in Poznań, ul. Henryka Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań and AGH University of Krakow, with its seat in Kraków, al. Mickiewicza 30, 30-059 Kraków, hereinafter referred to as UAM and AGH or the Controller.

  3. The purposes and legal basis of processing of personal data
    Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of registration for the 10th Polish Combinatorial Conference (10PCC), hereinafter referred to as the Conference, maintaining contact with you in connection with the Conference and for the purpose of documenting the Conference.
    The legal basis for personal data processing is point (e) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR (necessity for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest) and The Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science.
  4. The period for which the personal data will be processed
    Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for implementation of purposes indicated in point 3 and for the duration of archiving purposes. Your data processed based on the consent will be processed until the withdrawal of consent.
  5. Voluntary data provision
    Providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the purposes mentioned above.
  6. The recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
    If the Controller uses the services of other entities, personal data may be disclosed to them based on contracts for entrusting the personal data processing, and these entities will be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the data processed.
  7. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
    Your data will not undergo profiling and no automated decision-making will be conducted based on this data.
  8. The rights of data subject
    You have the right to access your personal data, and, subject to applicable law, the right to correct, erase, or object to processing of your data, the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  9. The right to lodge a complaint
    You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes upon GDPR.
